AMAZING service from Tropic Air.. They forever won my business. The technicians from Tropic Air were great in handling my dad's AC problem. I called on Monday, they were able to come over that day, fixed the problem. This company is great, I Highly recommend it.. The technicians are very kind and professional. This company fitted a new furnace for me earlier in September. I just now noticed a loud clicking noise coming from the furnace room. I thought for sure it was an issue with the furnace and I called tropic air to inform. They assured me that I don’t need to worry, the product is still under warranty and they will fix whatever issue is happening. They sent a technician to my house the same day and It turned out the issue wasn’t with the furnace but with the old humidifier. They provided me with options to repair my older humidifier or to get a new one. Thank you, Tropic Air Heating and Air Conditioning. Your excellent customer service and responsiveness goes a long way.

This is my second major HVAC project with Tropic Air. They were quick to schedule, prompt to show up and very professional, asking questions at every critical point in the installation and did a quality job on the installation of my ductless AC! I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of when it comes to repairs/improvements to my home and I never feel that way with Tropic Air Staff. They are my go-to for everything HVAC!

Tropic Air and team strive to provide the highest quality service and product. I called them on Sunday afternoon with a malfunctioning furnace circuit board and they were able to assist by text and eventually in person. Repair was scheduled on Monday and we were up and running in about 24 hours. I can't speak to the competitiveness of their price but I would 100 percent recommend it to anyone looking for competence and professionalism.

Our furnace unexpectedly broke, we called Tropic Air who had helped us on a few other occasions (fixed our A/C, installed a new humidifier. Tropic Air is a true professional and HVAC expert, very responsive, courteous, and competitive price. From the get-go we never felt like taking multiple quotes as we trusted tropic air. They went the extra mile to get it installed on the same day and we literally never spend a day without heating because of tropic air exceptional customer service. Our new Carrier Furnace is amazing. It took the technician about 20 minutes to figure out my gas valve was off and he turned it back on. The office sent me a $ 300.00 bill. I ihink it is a rip off.

Adam the receptionist is so helpful, warm and welcoming, I felt as though I was talking to a friend that I'd known for years. Adam at Tropic Air even if you guys can't fix my problem you have restored my faith in customer service, which does not happen often or easily!!!

Awesome, same day service. Called many companies before I found Tropic Air and they all sounded annoyed to even take my call. Friendly on the phone and sent someone right away on one of the hottest days of the year. Service technician was knowledgable and fixed the problem with our Commercial AC in under 10 minutes. This service is BY FAR and hands down the BEST HVAC service in Toronto. Loren is just stellar at conducting business, friendly and knowledgeable...and most importantly ...he doesn't Price Gouge ...he has a genuine care for his clients at heart .

My HVAC needed fixing and I called my old HVAC guy who bailed on me, then called 3 big name commercial size companies ... technicians never showed up, and then called 3 smaller companies on Kijiji and all of them tried to charge me upwards of $250 just to come and pull out my stuck filter in my HVAC and put a new one in ( a 10 min job). Loren came out same night within 90mins and fixed the problem for half the price. What a admirable businessman....THANK YOU Loren!

Terrible service. I rarely if ever write reviews but I feel the need to warn anyone before doing business with this company. They installed a humidifier two years ago, which has stopped working. I have left numerous messages on their phone, I have emailed them with pictures...zero response! Now I'm scrambling to find a service provider who will service something they didn't sell. Not a great experience. Avoid this company at all costs.

I would rate them 10 stars if I had the option. Highly recommend Tropical Air. Very satisfied with there customer service. Couldn't have asked for a better company. We need more honest workers and companies out there like tropical air. Instead of charging me their minimum and sending a guy over I explained my problem on the phone and he told me how to fix it on my own since it was a small problem.

I had an appointment booked a week in advance for an A/C service and hose replacement. Less than 24hrs before the appointment they cancelled because "the owner decided he didn't want to do the repair." What a joke!

Great service, these guys really work hard to make it happen. I had a hot water tank emergency. I called Tropic Air and got a person first try (rather than a paging service). I was given a 2 hour window within which they would arrive. They came, diagnosed the issue quickly and politely within 20 minutes. They sourced an unusual part for an unusual old heater by the next morning. I was impressed with that as the (major) manufacturer themselves could not identify the parts based on pictures I emailed their support team... I couldn't be at the house the next day and work long hours. They came at 8pm and stayed until I had hot water and all systems were go. The total was very reasonable and a little less than what I expected to pay in a BEST case scenario.

I received excellent and above board service as they fixed my broken down furnace on one of the worst night of the year (New Year's Eve with temperatures dropping to -20c in Toronto). We were so blessed they came as we had called over a dozen other service providers which none of them got back to us due to the holiday. Thank you again Loren for your amazing act of kindness!

Amazing service, woke up on boxing day with a broken furnace. Called at 8:30am, tech was here by 10am to fix. I will definitely use their service in the future!

Called these guys tonight as the air filter had gotten sucked into our furnace while being changed. One of their guys called me back right away and was able to talk me through repairing it on my own rather than coming out and charging me whatever the minimum is for a very quick and easy fix. Very impressed and I will be calling them again the next time I need service.

Complete scamming operation! Criminal thugs with wrenches. Don't call these creeps unless you want to be really p - - - - d off.Those five stars have got to be fakes.That's a negative star by the way.

My AC was on verge of breaking last year, so I was looking for a replacement this Spring. I had decided to use Toronto Heating And Air Conditioning Company from recommendation from my sister. They didn't disappoint. They came made an assessment of charges and got the job done. Awesome service.

Got Duct cleaning done by these guys. They were at my home on schedule, I was very pleased with the work they did. We had major renovations done and there was a build up of dirt and dust, they cleaned and sanitized the furnace. Loved the service overall.

Thanks Loren for coming and servicing our A/C today. Getting ready for the summer called these guys and they made sure everything runs smoothly since the A/C was giving us problems last year. Thanks again.

Really happy with the air conditioning service with got. The technician that came was an expert in a/cs. He fixed the problem quick ans was on his way in no time. We are now ready for the summer (if it ever comes)
